Keys to
'Unlocking Justice'
A brilliant pioneer, Dr. Karin Huffer devoted her career to ensuring that all individuals—especially those with invisible disabilities—could fully exercise their right to equal access in the justice system under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Her groundbreaking work laid the foundation for how we, as ADA advocates, continue to support clients today. We honor her legacy by upholding and implementing the framework she so powerfully created.

ADA Rights Education
When "the Ones Who Know the Laws", Don't.
Trust me, I know that it sounds too good to be true and pretty absurd to hear, "Here's the thing... you have rights that very few know about and they can be a game-changer for you.". However, there's a reason for that and I explain in much more detail on the "How is This Even Real?!" page where I introduce you to the brilliant, Dr. Karin Huffer.

ADA Rights Invocation
Your ADA Rights Must Be Formally Invoked
I will gather relevant and pertinent information from you to properly evaluate your needs (the ones you might even be apprehensive to share) and then prepare written notice to the applicable parties (for example: the court, guardian ad litem, attorneys, etc.) to affirm and exercise your entitlements under the law.

Your Advocacy Wingwoman
For the Fight You Shouldn’t Have to Face Alone
Family court, even in its most functional form, is invasive and unrelenting in its reach. It doesn’t stay in the courtroom—it follows you into your relationships, your sleep, your sense of safety. That alone is difficult enough, however when you factor in the isolation it creates because none of your people understand or even believe that it could really be "that bad", it's excruciating. And then you factor in trying to navigate it as someone who has additional access needs... I would argue that few things in life are more cruel.

With me in your corner, you're no longer alone. And accountability is a core component of my molecular make-up so I will be there with you, fiercely advocating with and for YOU.

Document Organization
Recording is Key, but Painful
While thorough recording, documentation, and organization may not guarantee the outcome of your case, they are essential. Unfortunately, they’re also overwhelming, time-consuming, and often re-traumatizing. A good attorney will need to rely on your records... and if you end up with a bad one, you’ll need evidence of that, too. I can help you sift, organize, and record all significant events and relevant communications, saving you countless hours and shielding you from deeper emotional harm.
It’s an investment in your peace, and it creates space for healing—even if just in small steps—instead of staying stuck or being pulled backward.
